Committing to working out and getting healthy is one thing, but feeling confident and sexy in your own skin is another. Sometimes our lack of self-confidence actually holds us back from making our workouts a habit and allowing us to use our workouts to increase our overall sense of well-being and personal empowerment. It can be a vicious circle! There are certain areas of focus that will help to enhance your workouts and activity levels, even though they seem, by appearance, totally irrelevant. Over the course of the next few blogs, I will be doing an e-series on each one of these points below to explain in depth why each one is so vital for increasing your confidence, gaining momentum in your workouts, and making you feel completely sexy and beautiful in your own skin! Today, I am giving you pro tips on how to implement these 7 tips immediately with the use of this handy infographic. Take action now! Start with step “One” and begin to implement it into your daily routine. If you are a go-getter and ready to skyrocket your self-confidence, perform each one step each day this week. If that feels too overwhelming, perform one step for 3-4 days and then add on another step- until you have worked your way around the circle and you are completing each workout self-confidence booster.
